Was born in 1985 in Gissar city. In 2002, he graduated from the Presidential Boarding Lyceum for Gifted Children of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2007, he graduated from the Tajik State National University (now Tajik National University) with a degree in international relations, qualification: international relations, and in 2019, he completed the correspondence form of postgraduate study at TNU.
In 2007-2009, he worked as an Inspector of the Programming, Monitoring and Quality of Education Sector of the Academic Department of TNU. From 2009-2019, he was a Specialist in the Department of Accounting and Credit System of Education of the Educational Department, and at the same time a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Foreign Regional Studies of the Faculty of International Relations of TNU. In 2019-2020, he was the Head of the Department of Practice and Work with Young Specialists of TNU. From 2020-2022, he worked as the Head of the Department of Practice and Development of Professional Analysis of TNU. From August 2022 to 2024, he worked as a specialist in the Department of Quality Control of Education of the Educational Department of TNU and since 2024 he has been the Deputy Dean for Education.
In 2021, he defended his dissertation on the topic “History of the Development of Cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Kyrgyzstan in the Years of Independence (1991-2016)” in the specialty 07.00.15 – History of International Relations and Foreign Policy (Historical Sciences). He is the author of 19 scientific articles, 5 educational programs and a monograph.

NAZAROV Bakhtiyor Bahriddinovich

Born on November 28, 1994 in the village of Khovaling. In 2001, he entered the first grade of secondary school No. 6 in the village of Khovaling and graduated from this school in 2012. In 2012-2017, he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Tajik National University with a degree in Foreign Regional Studies.
In 2017-2018, he was an assistant at the Department of Philosophy and Political Science of the Nosiri Khusrav Bokhtar State University. During 2019-2020, he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Political Science and International Relations of the Faculty of Politics and Public Administration of the Nosiri Khusrav Bokhtar State University. In 2021-2022, he was an Advisor (Academic Advisor) of the Faculty of Politics and Public Administration of the Nosiri Khusrav Bokhtar State University. Since September 2022, he has been an assistant at the Department of Foreign Regional Studies of the Faculty of International Relations of the Tajik National University, and since October 2022, he has been an Academic Advisor (Advisor) of the Faculty of International Relations of the Tajik National University, and since 2022, he has been the Secretary of the Methodological Council of the Faculty of International Relations.
In 2022, he was accepted as a doctoral candidate at the Department of Foreign Regional Studies of the State University of Tajikistan and is conducting research on the topic “Formation of Tajikistan’s water diplomacy in the system of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and its prospects (2003-2023)” under the leadership of the head of the Department of International Relations, Sharipov A.N.
He is the author of 11 scientific articles, 20 popular articles, and 2 educational programs.
